Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy: All returns need to include all the original parts, accessories, and instruction manuals and must be in the original box. Items that have cut wires, dents, scratches, show signs of installation, or are missing the original product manuals will not be accepted for return or exchange, or refund. Refunds may not be issued for merchandise held over 30 days from the invoice date. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be computed based on the unit cost. Products purchased with “Free Shipping” will have the UPS or USPS Rate deducted from their refund. Please contact your sales representative so that we may issue an RMA number and special return address before the item is shipped back.  Items are not returnable without a pre-authorized RMA number and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items returned without a preauthorized RMA # will be denied a refund.  

 There are no returns on special orders and/or custom fixtures and/or devices made to customers' required specifications. Refunds and or credit on returned items will be issued within business 7-10 days from receipt of the merchandise at our processing center once they have been evaluated.

Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Damage: Always inspect your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, please contact us immediately. Damaged goods claims need to be reported within 7 business days from the date of delivery. APEX Lighting Store will not refund any short shipment or damaged product that is not reported within seven business days of receipt of shipment.
